Delete your account

• In the FansHype app: More → Delete account.
• On the website: sign in, then go to Settings → Security → Delete account.

You'll be asked for your password. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Can't sign in? Email easinovation@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.

Withdraw your wallet balance first. While money is still owed to you (a balance, money still settling, or a withdrawal on its way), the account can't be deleted. If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal, message the FansHype team and we'll help.

• your name, email, username and date of birth;
• your creator page: bio, photos, links and support message (the page goes offline);
• your VIP plans (taken offline), stream overlay, saved bank accounts, API keys and webhooks;
• your sign-ins, phones registered for notifications, withdrawal PIN and team access.

Records of payments, tips, withdrawals and your wallet history are kept, linked to an anonymous account, for at least 6 years, as financial and tax law requires. Identity-verification records are kept for as long as anti-money-laundering rules require. None of this is shown publicly. See our Privacy Policy.
