Terms of Service

FansHype is operated by Easinovation Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria ("FansHype", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to everyone who uses FansHype: creators who receive payments, and supporters who send tips, sprays or pay for VIP access. By creating an account or making a payment you agree to them.

• You must be at least 18 years old to open a creator account and receive money.
• The details you give us — name, email, bank account and anything else we ask for — must be true and your own.
• Keep your password and withdrawal PIN private. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
• One person or business may hold one creator account unless we agree otherwise. Team members you invite act on your behalf.

Supporters can pay in Nigerian naira (bank transfer), Ghanaian cedis and Kenyan shillings (mobile money or card), Rwandan francs and Ugandan shillings (mobile money) or US dollars (card). Payments are processed by our licensed payment partners.

• A payment counts once our payment partner confirms it. Naira payments are added to your balance straight away.
• Payments in any currency other than naira are converted to naira at the rate shown in your dashboard on the day the payment is confirmed, and become available to withdraw after a few working days (the waiting time for each currency is shown in your dashboard). The rate is fixed at confirmation and does not change while the money is settling.
• We charge the platform fee for your plan on each payment, as listed on our Pricing page. If you switch on "supporters cover fees", the supporter pays the fee on top.
• Payments sent to you are gifts or payments for your content or community. They are not deposits, loans or investments, and we do not pay interest on balances.

• You can withdraw your available naira balance to a Nigerian bank account in your name, confirmed with your withdrawal PIN.
• A transfer fee is taken from the amount you withdraw — currently ₦50, with a minimum withdrawal of ₦1,000. The screen shows exactly what your bank will receive before you confirm.
• If a transfer fails, the full amount including the fee goes back to your balance.
• We may hold a withdrawal while we check a payment that looks fraudulent, is disputed, or breaks these Terms.

• Tips and sprays go to the creator you choose. They are voluntary and you receive nothing in return beyond what the creator offers.
• VIP access lasts for the period of the plan you buy. Access is managed through Telegram, and you must keep a Telegram account to use it. Plans do not renew unless you pay again.
• Messages you send with a payment may be read aloud or shown on a creator's live stream. Don't include anything you would not want shown in public.
• We never store your full card details; they are handled by our payment partner.

Payments are generally final. If you were charged by mistake, paid twice, or believe a payment was fraudulent, contact easinovation@gmail.com within 14 days with the payment reference. We review every request; where we approve a refund, the money is returned to the supporter and taken back from the creator's balance.

If a payment is reversed by a bank or card network (a chargeback), we may recover that amount from the creator's balance or future payments.

• Paid plans give access to the features listed on the Pricing page for the period you pay for. Some features, such as Hype Spray, Status Titles and Collabs, are only on Enterprise.
• If a plan ends and isn't renewed, your account moves to the free plan. Your balance and history stay; paid-only features stop.
• We may change plan prices or features. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before they do.

In a collab, every payment is split between the creators in the shares both of them approved. A new split only applies once the host approves it, and only to payments confirmed after that. Agreements between collab partners outside FansHype are their own responsibility.

• We help creators register a Business Name or a Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The fee shown covers both the CAC filing fee and our service.
• CAC makes the final decision. We cannot guarantee that a proposed name will be approved or how long CAC will take.
• You must give accurate details and documents for every person listed. Wrong or missing information can delay or stop the registration.
• This service is not legal or tax advice. Speak to a lawyer or accountant about which structure suits you.

You must not use FansHype to:

• receive money for anything illegal, including fraud, gambling without a licence, drugs, weapons or sexual content involving minors;
• harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or post hateful or sexually explicit messages;
• launder money, test stolen cards, or move money that isn't a genuine payment to a creator;
• attack, overload, or try to get around the security of our service.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us permission to display it on FansHype so we can run the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is involved in fraud, or where the law requires us to. Where we can, we will tell you why. Money that legitimately belongs to you will be paid out once any investigation is finished, unless the law says otherwise.

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing easinovation@gmail.com. Withdraw your balance first.

We work to keep FansHype available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment partners, Telegram, CAC, streaming software or events outside our control. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms. When we make important changes we will tell you by email or in your dashboard before they apply. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.
